360 Degrees Stretching

Whenever I feel unfit like fatigue, sleepy or little headache, I will start doing what I learnt from Pak Muslim (the man in the photo below). The stretching is called '360 degrees Exercise'. There are 13 simple steps altogether. Once you get use to doing it, it will be very easy. Even my two smallest daughters are`able to follow.
