Buteyko Breathing Technique For The Treatment of Asthma

I am having asthma since childhood. But my symtoms vanish when I am 8 until 26 years old. From 26 until now my asthmatic symtoms come and go. Presently I am using seretide accuhaler and a peakflow as monitoring tool. One day I come to know about Buteyko Method and start to find out more about it. I hope this breathing technique can help asmatic patient like me.
